Koti is a supper club inspired by the Finnish kitchen table. Meaning "home", Koti draws on family recipes and seasonal, Nordic ingredients. Founded by Haylee Potts, each menu celebrates her heritage, while introducing Finnish cuisine to a new audience.
September's menu showcases the best of summer ingredients. Expect wild berries, pickled vegetables and forest mushrooms, paired with slow-smoked flavours that define Finnish cooking.
Based in Walthamstow, Haylee balances working in Design Communications with growing her food business. A MasterChef contestant and Leiths alum, she's hosted events across East London, collaborated with fellow MasterChef contestant, Laura Hicks on their seafood concept Off the Hook and has staged at Boiler & Co alongside Great British Menu finalist, Kerth Gumbs.
The result is Koti, contemporary dishes, grounded in tradition. Gather around the table. Make yourself at home.
