A magnum in a bag from Emma and Andrew Nielsen of Le Grappin who source they grapes from the passionate and revolutionary growers in the under-rated Mâconnais, Beaujolais and Rhône regions of France and make them by hand in their ancient cuverie in the walls of Beaune.
This cuvée is made from Roussanne, a bright and floral grape that does particularly well on the gravelly slopes formed from the debris of the glaciers that carved the Rhone Valley. Picked by hand and pressed into stainless steel for fermentation and aged for five months on lies for texture.
