Les Chemins de Bassac is an old Languedoc estate created in the 19th century, now run by young Brazilian architects Thama and Bruno Triguero who relocated to pursue their dream to make wine, it has been organic for more than 30 years and biodynamic since 2017.
New Era is made from 100% Roussanne, fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without filtration. Fleshy and nicely textured with generous aromas of melon, apricot and honeysuckle leading to a fine, lightly spicy palate.
