A collaboration with our pals at Pretty Decent Beer Co born out of joint outrage!
Our fastest growing London brewery pulled out all the stops for this, juicy IPA, saturated in New Zealand hoppy goodness throughout the process.
With a big body of fluffy oats we added Nelson Sauvin to the Whirlpool for notes of freshly cut gooseberries, and vinous passion fruit alongside Motueka for lemon-lime goodness, and oily dankness.
Riwaka Hopkief, a concentrated liquid, was then introduced in a hop-dip at slightly lower temperatures, an experimental technique to bring out funky citrus, papaya and gummy candy that stick right through fermentation.
Finally a dry hop of more Motueka, Nelson plus their choice hand-selected Simcoe for piney depths completes this lip-smacking hazy number, with a super soft bitterness and gorgeously slick mouthfeel. Ah, not a bear in sight…
