For Roman's new sparkling white juice, he uses organic malvasia juice, steeping it with juniper, gentian, bay leaf and citrus, using the same methods as L'Antidote, but much less sweet, pouring a beautiful golden colour. It is a little more subtle and gentle than Antidote, perhaps better with food and above all, totally delicious!
