Cartoixà from an 80 yo vineyard planted on clay and galets (river pebbles). The vineyard is surrounded by Mediterranean forest and located at 200mt above sea level is considered highland, given the proximity to the sea.
The grapes are fermented on skins for 20 days, with 20% of stems. This is round, textural and aromatic. It offers refreshing tannins and pleasant gentle bitters culminating on a lengthy, salivating finish.
